Responsible Play & Support
Taking part in our competitions should always be enjoyable and affordable. We encourage all players to take part responsibly, stay within their means, and never spend more than they can comfortably afford.
If entering competitions is having a negative impact on your finances, wellbeing or day-to-day life, we encourage you to stop participating and seek support.
Stay in Control
There are several ways you can manage your participation with TC Comps.
Set a Spending Limit
You can set a personal monthly spending limit through your TC Comps account. Once your limit has been reached, you will not be able to make further competition purchases until your limit resets.
You can also choose to set your spending limit to £0 if you do not want to make any further purchases.
Set spending limits hereTake a Break
If you feel that taking a break would be helpful, you can temporarily suspend your TC Comps account.
While your account is suspended, you will not be able to enter our competitions.
Close Your Account
You can also request to permanently close your TC Comps account if you no longer wish to participate.
When to Consider Taking a Break
It may be worth reviewing your participation if you:
- Are spending more than you intended.
- Regularly reach your spending limit.
- Are using money intended for bills or essential living costs.
- Are borrowing money or using credit to participate.
- Feel under pressure to continue entering.
- Are entering competitions in an attempt to recover previous spending.
- Find that participating is affecting your mood, relationships, work or everyday life.
If any of these apply to you, consider setting a lower spending limit, suspending your account or seeking independent support.
