Before submitting a ticket, please try some of these tips if you are having issues with placing an order:

• Try clearing browser cache or try in a different browser
• Some banks may have restrictions on competition websites. Please check with your bank or try placing your order using a different card.
• If your order failed to go through, it may be pending in your account. You can either pay for the existing order or cancel it and try ordering again. Click here to check your account.
• If you have not received your order confirmation please check junk folder, or if using Apple Pay, if the email associated with the Apple Pay account is different to your TC Comps account, it will use that email to create a new user and sends the order confirmation to that email address.
• If you’re logged out after signing in, please clear your browser cache and try again. You can also try opening the site in a private (incognito) window.
